摘要
GH2132合金电弧炉冶炼过程中,存在混渣、Ti元素难以控制、增C等难点,致使该合金成为电弧炉冶炼最难生产的高温合金之一。本文通过对以上现象的深入分析,结合生产操作实践,得出解决以上问题的有效措施。
There are some difficulties such as mixing slag, controlling Ti element, increasing C element which exist in the process of melting GH2132 alloy by EAF to make this alloy become one of the most difficult al loys produced by EAF. Through the combination of careful analysis on the above phenomenon with the production operations, the effective measures for solving the above problems were found out.
