山东白云湖中华鳖养殖池塘浮游植物调查 被引量:3

摘要 2012年7月和10月分别对白云湖中华鳖养殖池塘的浮游植物群落结构进行了调查.结果表明:7月采集到浮游植物5门23种,10月采集到5门36种,种类组成上均以绿藻门种类最多,其次是蓝藻门或者硅藻门;7月池塘浮游植物优势种的优势度为0.02~0.32,优势种数共10种;10月份优势种的优势度为0.02~0.37,优势种数共13种;7月份池塘浮游植物平均密度为4.70×107 ind/m3,变化范围为(0.75~12.5)×10^7 ind/m3,10月平均密度为13.16×107 ind/m3,变化范围为(2.88~18.2)×10^7 ind/m3;7月份浮游植物生物量8.10~90.70 mg/L,平均为35.57 mg/L,10月份生物量为23.10~295.86 mg/L,平均为165.55 mg/L,浮游植物优势种的种类种群、密度和生物量都存在时间和空间上的差异. The research on the phytoplankton community structure in the Trionyx sinensis culture pounds of Baiyun lake was conducted in July and October of 2012 respectively. The result indicated: there were 23 species in July and 36 Species in October belonging to 5 phyla, and Chlorophyta was the dominant species in both studies, Cyanophyta or Bacillariophyta following. The dominant phytoplankton species were 10 and the in- dex ranged from 0.02 to 0.32 in July, and that were 13 and the index ranged from 0.02 to 0.37. The density of the phytoplankton was between 0.75 and 12.5×10^7 ind/m3 with the mean value of 4.70×10^7 ind/m3 in July, and the density was between 2.88 to 18.2×10^7 ind/m3 with the mean of 13.16×10^7 ind/m3 in October. The biomass was between 8.10 to 90.70 mg/L with the mean of 35.57 mg/L in July, and that was between 23.10 to 295.86 mg/L with the mean of 165.55 mg/L in October. The difference on the dominant species, the density and the biomass of the phytoplankton was found in time and space.
