摘要 主要研究了脂类物质硬脂酸、液体石蜡、蔗糖酯对羧甲基纤维素膜的成膜特性的影响 结果表明 :硬脂酸能明显降低膜的水蒸汽透过系数 ,但对膜的机械性能影响不大 ;ρ =0 .0 0 3g/mL石蜡不仅可明显提高膜的阻湿性 ,而且使膜具有最大的抗拉强度 ;石蜡 -硬脂酸联合作用于薄膜可使膜的阻湿性比两者单独作用时均得到显著的提高 ;蔗糖酯可提高膜的阻湿性 。 The effect of different Lipids on the film forming properties of CMC film was conducted. The results showed that stearic acid could obviously reduce the WVP of the films but had little effects on the film’s mechanic properties 0 3% liquid wax could not only increase the moisture barrier property, but also contribute to the film with the highest tensile strenghth. The wax stearic acid/CMC composite film showed higher moisture barrier property than the CMC film only used liquid wax or stearic acid. Sucroglyceride could increase the moisture barrier property of the film and reduce the film’s tensile strenghth, thus increase the film’s elongation.
