摘要 该研究经全自动序列测定 ,获得了新城疫病毒中国株F4 8E9融合蛋白 (F)基因 1 838bp的cDNA核苷酸序列 ,并推导出编码 5 49个残基的氨基酸序列 序列分析表明 ,该序列中有 6个潜在的糖基化位点 ,1 3个半胱氨酸残基 ,裂解位点区氨基酸序列为Arg Arg Gln Arg Arg Phe 同源性分析表明 ,新城疫病毒中国株F4 8E9融合蛋白 (F)氨基酸序列与国外发表的其他新城疫病毒株F蛋白相比 ,同源性在 96 .1 7%~ 92 .1 6 The nucleotide sequence of the cDNA consisting of 1 838 bp which encoded the fusion(F)protein of the Chinese strain F 48 E 9 of newcastle disease virus(NDV)was obtained by fully automatic sequencing technique, and the encoded 549 amino acid polypeptide sequence deduced. Sequence analysis showed that there were 6 potential glycosylation sites and 13 cysteine residues in the amino acid sequence, and that the amino acid sequence of the cleavage site region was Arg Arg Gln Arg Arg Phe. The deduced amino acid sequence of the fusion(F)protein of the Chinese strain F 48 E 9 of NDV was compared with published sequences of other NDV strains, and the homology was found to be 96.17%~92.16%.
