真实性评价与学生体质健康测试的耦合

摘要 当下学生体质健康状况早已成为各国关注的焦点,而我国更是积极推行学生体质健康测试工作,并在学生体质健康测试标准的制定、测试结果的评价与实施过程的影响因素方面取得了不小成就,但是针对学生体质健康测试工作可操作性强的评价工具和评价设计并不多,导致学生体育锻炼兴趣低下,健身效果大打折扣。文章依托真实性评价理论,对学生体质健康监测模式进行尝试性研究,试图以真实性评价理论指导大学生体质健康监测评价体系,完善传统的评价模式,旨在为学生体质健康监测工作提供借鉴,从而真正有效地提高学生的体质健康水平。 The physical health condition of students has become the focus of attention, and our country is ac-tively promoting physical health tests, influencing factors and implementation of evaluation and test standard of students' physical health development, test results of the process have made no small achievement, but to test students' physical health operational evaluation tools and evaluation of design is not much, cause the student sports interest is low, the fitness effect. Based on authentic assessment theory, this paper makes a tentative study on the students'physical health monitoring mode, trying to authentic assessment theory to guide college students'physical health monitoring and evaluation system, and perfect the traditional evaluation model, which aims to provide reference for the student physical health monitoring, so as to improve the physical health of students.
