摘要
国家对农村幼儿园教师培训越来越重视,但在具体实施中培训效果并不理想,主要是存在着缺乏针对性和实效性的问题。为解决此问题,本文积极探索了如下策略:一是多种方式开展培训需求调研;二是多种渠道建设高水平培训者队伍;三是多种角度增强培训资源的实用性;四是多种手段提升培训过程的实践性;五是多方合作建设网络研修平台;六是多种思路规范项目管理和质量监控。通过这一系列策略来提升农村幼儿园教师培训的质量。
tion is not The country is paying more attention to the rural preschool teachers'training, but the training effec-satisfying , lack of the directivity and lack of efficiency is the major problem. In order to solve the problems, we actively explore some Strategies : the first one is to carry on a further survey of the training needs ; the second one is to enhan^ce teachers team construction; the third one is to enhance the utility and personali- zation of the training resource;the fourth one is to promote the practice and operation of the training ways;the fifth one is to build the network training platform;the sixth one is to standardize project management and quali-tv monitorin. The quality of the rural preschool teachers' training will be improved through a series measures.
