摘要
从资源、环境和竞争力等方面指出我国石化工业面临着绿色转型的必要性和紧迫性,从树立绿色低碳发展理念、研发应用绿色低碳技术、优化工艺和产品结构等方面提出了加快推进绿色转型的措施建议。
The necessity and urgency for green trans- formation of China＇ s petrochemical industry is pointed out from the prospects of resource, environ- ment and competitiveness, etc. The measures and suggestions for expediting the green transformation are proposed by setting up the green and low-carbon development philosophy, researching and developing green and low-carbon technology and optimizing process and product structure.
