初始压力对烃类物质爆炸极限的影响及其预测模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用自主设计制造的爆轰管,对C1-C4烃类气体在初始压力为0.1、0.3、0.5、1.0MPa时的爆炸上限进行了测试,结果表明在初始压力为0.1~1.0MPa范围内,C1-C4烃类气体爆炸上限与初始压力呈线性关系,并且在此范围内烃类气体爆炸上限随着初始压力升高而升高。此外,建立了Cp值与分子描述符之间的关联模型,该模型回归拟合效果较好,显著性较高。 By advantage of dependently designed and manufactured detonation pipe, the upper explosion limit of C 1-C4 HC gas with the initial pressure of 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 1.0 MPa is tested. The result indicates that upper explosion limit of C1-C4 HC gas shows linear relation with the initial pressure within the scope of the initial pressure, ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 MPa. In addition, the upper explosion limit of HC gas rises according to the rise in initial pressure within this scope. Besides, the correlation model between Cp value and molecule descriptor is built. This model features good regression imitation effect and high significance.
