苯霜灵与茶皂素对黄瓜灰霉病菌的联合作用研究 被引量:7

摘要 在室内用生长速率法测定了苯霜灵(benalaxyl)、茶皂素 (Teasaponin)及二者的不同比例的混剂对黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑制作用。生测结果表明 ,苯霜灵与茶皂素以1:4混用对抑制黄瓜灰霉病菌菌丝的生长有一定的增效作用 ,EC50=110.63μg/mL,共毒系数为163.84;二种药剂及其1:4比例的混剂对灰霉菌孢子的萌发没有显著抑制作用 ,但能延迟孢子的萌发 ;实验还发现二种药剂及其混剂仅起抑菌作用 ,而无杀菌作用。用25μg/mL浓度的苯霜灵处理菌丝悬浮液 ,发现处理后的菌丝短而分枝少 ,菌丝形成隔膜较早 ,老化快 ,细胞壁变薄 ,透明度增加。 Inhibition action of benalaxyl、teasaponin and their mixture against Botrytis cinerea Pers(BC) was assayed in the laboratory using growth velocity method .Bioassay results showed that there were synergistic inhibition to mycelial growth of BC,EC50=110.63, CTC=163.84. When using the two compounds and the mixture of 1:4(B:T) there were no obvious inhibition to spore germination of BC, but couled delay spore germination.as well as could inhibit the growth of hypha but not killed it. When the mycelial suspension was treated with benalaxyl(25μg/mL),the results showed that the hyphae grew shorter with a few of branchs, mycelian septums emerged earlier, and ageing quickly, cellwall was thinner with much more transparent .
