摘要
在碱性介质中,水胺硫磷对鲁米诺-H2O2体系的化学发光有增敏作用,据此建立了测定水胺硫磷的流动注射化学发光(FIA-CL)法.最佳条件为:70 r·min-1副泵转速;pH 10.4 NaH2PO4-NaOH缓冲溶液;9.0×10-3mol·L-1H2O2;7.5×10-6mol·L-1鲁米诺.水胺硫磷浓度在2.5×10-7~1.0×10-5g·mL-1范围内与体系化学发光增强值呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-8g·mL-1.加标测定大米样品中残留的水胺硫磷,回收率为94.5~98.0%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.9%~3.2%.
A flow-injection chemiluminescence(FIA-CL) method for the determination of Isocarphos was developed based on the observation that isoearphos could enhance the CL of luminol-H2O2 system in an al- kaline solution. The result showed that the optiomal reaction condition was: sub-pump flow speed, 70 r · min-l ; pH 10.4 NaH2PO4-NaOH ; hydrogen peroxide 9.0 x 10-3 tool · L-1 ; luminol 7.5 x 10-6 mol · L-1. The linear range for Isocarphos was 2.5 x 10-7 -1.0 x 10-5 g · mE-1 with a detection limit of 1.0 x 10-s g · mL-1. This method was applied to the determination of Isoearphosin rice sample with recovery of 94.5 -98.0% and the RSD ofl.9% -3.2%.
