Current Situation of Intellectual Property Cooperation of China- ASEAN Free Trade Zone and Its Development Strategy

中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立,要求各成员国在知识产权领域共同努力以消除差异,通过建立统一的知识产权制度,在各成员国间就版权、商标权、专利权等各项权利的保护制度进行逐项协调,以适应自贸区的要求。

With the establishment of the China--ASEAN Free Trade Area,it requires the joint efforts of its members to elimi- nate the differences in the field of intellectual property. Through establishing a unified intellectual property system to coordi- nate copyright, trademark right, patent right between each member, in order to adapt to the requirements of the FTA.
