摘要
要做好期刊外借服务工作，首先要充分了解馆藏期刊资源，其次在日常外借服务工作中要注重对读者借阅情况进行调查分析，根据读者需求及时调整各类期刊资源。此外还应努力提高期刊工作人员综合素质，创造良好的借阅环境，为读者提供便利、高水平的服务。
