靶向药物治疗晚期肾癌进展 被引量：7

摘要 肾癌是较常见的恶性肿瘤,2009年美国癌症统计肾癌占所有新发恶性肿瘤的4.2%,且发病率以每年2.0%的速度递增[1].就诊时25%的患者已有远处转移,局限性肾癌手术切除后1/3病例出现远处转移[2].肾癌对放化疗不敏感,免疫治疗总有效率仅15%.2005年美国FDA首先批准靶向治疗药物索拉非尼用于治疗晚期肾癌,随后相继有多种药物批准上市,为晚期肾癌的治疗揭开了新的序幕.
