供应链伙伴关系存在合作短期化、协同层次水平低等问题。运用目标规划和机制设计理论,设计了涵盖供应链决策、信息、激励与约束的供应链伙伴关系维系与发展机制,通过保证协同收益共享和风险分担的公平性,实现供应链伙伴关系的长期维系与发展。

There exists the problem of short-term cooperation and low level coordination in supply chain partnership. This paper designs supply chain decision, information, incentive and restraint of the supply chain partnership maintenance and development mechanism by using goal programming and mechanism design theory. And it is to achieve the long-term mainte- nace and development of SCP,through the equity cooperative profit sharing and risk sharing.
