高校图书馆信息咨询工作探究——以齐鲁师范学院图书馆信息咨询工作为例

Exploration of University Library Information Consulting Work——On Qilu Normal University Library

分析了高校信息咨询工作的内涵及信息咨询工作在高校图书馆工作中的地位和作用。针对教育部《普通高等学校图书馆规程(修订)》中对高等学校图书馆应积极开展参考咨询等信息服务工作的要求,结合本校工作实际,提出了做好信息咨询服务的主要工作对象、内容以及具体措施。提出了做好高校图书馆信息咨询工作应该注意的问题。对高校图书馆信息咨询服务的改革进行了有益的探索。

This paper analyzes the position and function and main connotations of information consultation in college library. In view of the requirements about information consultation of the rules for college hbrary by the ministry of education,it puts forward some measures to enhance information consultation service with the actual work of Qilu Normal University library, including ground working objects, contents, concrete measures. It points out matters needing attention of information consul- tation. Ways of library information consultation service reform have been explored.
