摘要
通过对山东省某财经类高校2013届毕业生的问卷调研,根据本科生就业面临的实际问题,从就业流向、择业取向、就业环境等角度,调研了本科生的就业信息,深入分析了就业现状,并最后提出了可行性建议。
By the questionnaire survey about students who graduate from finance and economics university of Shandong Prov- ince in 2013 and according to the practical problems that undergraduate confront when applying for a job. This text,from such angles as employment flow,job orientation, employment environment, investigates employment information about under- graduate, analyses thoroughly on the current situation of employment. Ultimately, some feasible suggestions are put forward to settle the problem of employment.
