摘要
以桃品种京玉和美味的正反交后代 6 9株为试材 ,采用RAPD指纹分析技术 ,获得了控制桃果实性状有毛 /无毛、白肉 /黄肉这 2个基因的RAPD分子连锁标记 ,其中多态性扩增DNA片段OPP2 0 - 2 2 0 0与果实有毛 /无毛基因的连锁遗传距离为 5.0cM ,多态性扩增DNA片段OPU0 3-850与果实白肉 /黄肉基因的连锁距离为 9 6cM。
The population used was 69 hybrids derived from the intraspecific cross between peach (Prunus persica (L.) Batsch) variety 'Jingyu' and nectarine variety 'flavortop'.RAPD fingerprinting technique was used to map nectarine gene(G) and flesh color gene(Y) .Amplified polymorphic DNA fragment OPP20 2200 was linked to G gene with a distance of 5.0 cM ,and OPU03 850 was linked to Y gene with a distance of 9.6 cM.
