禽流感病毒H_9亚型感染发病的初报

PRIMARY REPORT ON THE INFRECTION AND OUTBREAK COUSED BY AVIAN INFLUENZA VIRUS H 9 SUBTYPE IN NINGXIA

通过流行病学调查、临床观察、病理剖检、血清学试验、病毒分离与鉴定 ,首次确诊了我区发生的H9亚型禽流感病毒引起的感染发病。此次疫情的死亡率较低 ( 0 .2 2 %～ 5 .0 8%) ,不属高致病性禽流感 ,但其所引起的以产蛋量下降为主的经济损失不容忽视。

The epidemic disease caused by Avian Influenza virus H 9 subtype in Ningxia was first diagnosed by epidemiologic investigation, clinical observation, patholgic examination, serologic test, pathogen isolation and identification. The epidemic disease was not the highly pathogenic Avian influenza for its lover mortality(0.2%——5.08%)but the economic loss, mainly decrease of the egg-production, cannot be neglected.
