本文结合宁南山区水资源现状及用水技术 ,从水资源的开发、应用及管理等方面叙述了节水技术在农业生产中的应用 ,同时推出了抗旱点种—坐水种技术 ,从而使节水灌溉发展成一个完整的体系 ,将其用于生产实际 。

According to the present condition of the water resources and using the technique in Ningxia. In this article. the authors illustrated the use of water-saving technique in agriculture, especially in water developing, water-applying and water-managing, three aspects. Furthermore, the authors publicize a new technique-combat a drought and dibbling. As a result, the water-saving technique will develop into a complete mechanism and it would raise the efficiency of water-using highly in practice.
