宁夏农村就业问题研究

INVESTIGATION ABOUT OBTAINING EMPLOYMENT IN VILLAGES OF NINGXIA

农村就业问题是关系农村经济发展和社会稳定的大问题 ,对于我区这样一个经济欠发达 ,而农村劳动者密集的民族地区 ,研究解决好农村劳动者的就业具有重要的现实意义。本文从分析农村劳动者就业的结构、存在的问题入手 ,分析研究了农村就业的内外环境 ,指出农村就业矛盾所在 。

Obtaining employment in village is a big problem which refers to village economic development and steady society around us. In this national autonomous area, although there are a great deal of farm workers, most of our working people are very poor. Less money in their pocket make them protect their family. So it is very important and necessary to research and solve these problem of obtaining employmint in villages. In this essay we analysed and investigated the out-in-circumstances of geting a job for villagers. And we also found out how difficult the villagers goy jobs. We tried to provide a whole set of polices and ways according to the village employment structure and problems left in villages.
