群体暴力后社会责任缺失问题的思考

Reflections upon the Absence of Social Responsibility Following Group Violence

不管是回顾历史还是反观现实,人们都难以否认这样一个形成鲜明对比的事实:与那些无处不在、无时不在的暴力相伴随的,是暴力过后同样无处不在、无时不在的责任者的空缺。缺失的背后,隐藏着深刻而复杂的动机,其中涉及暴力制造者与承受者对暴力截然不同的感受、暴力执行者在分工合作中对罪责感的分解、对个人动机良好的自信以及对被害者的妖魔化等诸多方面。理解这些动机,绝不只是给受害者一个迟到的交代,而是试图思考"遗忘"在行恶者乃至很多受害者中何以成为可能,进而力所能及地避免它的发生。

Looking back at history or reflecting upon the reality,there is such an obvious fact we could not deny,that together with the violence there is always the absence of responsibility after these violence at the same time.There is deep and complex motivation behind the vacancies of responsibility,which involves the distinct feeling between the violence committer and the victims,the division of labor in the violence performer and many other aspects.Understanding the motivation and insisting on the responsibility is not just a late response to the victim,and even not the novelty of the truth,but the absence of responsibility in the violence often easily paves the way for the next round of violence.Thus the violence and those people who do evil must be shown by the clear evidence.In a word,it is more important to find out why how'forgetfulness'is possible to victims as well as the persons who had done evil.
