藏族大学生民族认同的心理干预模式探究

Exploring the Psychological Intervention Model of the National Identity for Undergraduates of Tibetan Ethnic Group

民族认同是对自己所属民族的认可与偏爱,是对民族的归属感和依附感。由于受主、客观因素多方面影响,藏族大学生民族认同感需要得到进一步培养与指导。研究表明,藏族大学生的民族认同存在认知方式的差异、外部行为迥异以及对中华民族文化情感依附较少等方面的困境,需要进行一定的心理干预。在结合国内外现有的民族认同干预模式研究的基础上,从心理成分认知、情感、行为三方面出发构建一种适合我国国情的心理干预模式,并分析实现这一模式的过程。

Ethnic identity is one＇s ethnic recognition and preference to one＇s own ethnic group,and meanwhile it represents one＇s nation- al sense of belonging and attachment. Because of many subjective and objective factors, the sense of national identity is needed to be further cul- tivated and guided for Tibetan undergraduates. The existing study shows that there are problems in the national identity of the Tibetan underg- raduatcs,such as different cognitive styles and external behaviors,as well as less emotional attachment to the culture of Chinese nation. There- fore, a certain psychological intervention is needed. Based on the existing national identity research on intervention model at home and abroad, the paper proposes a kind of psychological intervention model which is of Chinese characteristics from the aspects of cognition,emotion and be- havior, and finally analyzes the process of the application of this model.
