摘要
在追求教师专业化发展的国际背景下,教师教育实践能力水平受到了前所未有的重视。通过对中国高师院校师范生教育实践能力的内涵和构成进行分析,并对当前中国师范生教育实践能力培养现状进行研究的基础上,提出现有高师院校教育实践课程存在的诸如教育类课程设置时间少教学质量不高、实践类课程的实施未达到预期效果、教育实践能力培养脱离中小学教育教学实际和师范生自主训练动机不强、意识淡薄等制约师范生实践教学能力的培养的问题,并针对以上存在的问题,提出完善教育类课程设置、建立分散延续"一贯制"的教育实践能力培养模式和在教育实践能力培养中寻求中小学的帮助等建议和策略。
Under the global background of the professional development of teachem,tcacliers' education practice ability has been attached unprecedented importance. By analyzing the connotation and composition of the education practice ability of the normal university students in China and by doing research on the current situation of the training of the education practice ability of these students, the paper proposes that there are problems that restrict the training, such as the limited time for education- related curriculum,the low teaching quality,failure in the achievement of the pre- determined goal of practice- oriented courses, the deviation of the training of the education practice ability from the real practice in primary and secondary education,the lack of training motivation and the weak awareness of normal university students and so on. Targeted at these problems, the paper puts forward the advice and strategies, such as improve the education curriculum; establish a consistent mode of education practice ability cultivation which is ebaraeterized by distribution and continuity;seek the assistance from the primary and see- ondary schools during the education practice ability cultivation and so on.
