摘要
心理健康教育课程是实现心理健康教育目标的主要途径和手段,而教学设计则是心理健康教育课程功能发挥的核心和前提。文章重点探讨大学生心理健康教育课程教学设计的步骤,包括确立教学目标、确定教学内容、确定教学准备和确定教学操作环节。在此基础上,文章还具体阐述在教学操作环节中的教学设计以及教学设计整体过程中应注意的问题,从而为广大高校心理健康教育工作者提供一些借鉴。
Mental health education course is the main way and means to achieve the goal of mental health education, and meanwhile, teaching design is the core and precondition to bring out all the functions of mental health education course. The paper focuses on procedures of teaching design for mental health education course in universities, including the establishment of teaching objectives, the confirmation of teaching content,pre - teaching preparation and teaching steps.Based on the mentioned above,the paper also elaborates on the teaching design in teach- ing steps as well as the problems that should be paid attention to in the design process so as to provide some reference for the majority of univer- sity mental health education teachers.
