尴尬与误区:职业技术教育学走向何方

摘要 由于中国职业技术教育学长期以来走入的种种误区,使学科发展缺乏独立性和鲜明特色,难以获得社会和市场认可,与经济社会和职业技术教育的发展越来越不相适应。因此,职业技术教育学必须走出学科发展的误区而准确定位,引入专业学位教育,形成学科特色;以市场为导向,培养满足市场需求的应用研究型人才;严格准入制度,着力解决生源和导师的专业背景问题而获得学科发展的生机,为经济社会和职业技术教育的发展发挥应有作用。 Due to a variety of myths for vocational and technical education in China, its discipline development is lack of independence and characteristics and therefore it is not quite accepted by the market. Vocational and technical education cannot meet the demands of the eco- nomic society and the development of itself.As such,vocational and technical education must deal with all these myths first,which means there should be an accurate positioning of this discipline. Professional degree education must be introduced to dispaly the characteristics of the discipline. Application- oriented and academic talents must be cultivated to meet the demands of the market by taking market as the guidance. The problems in the professional background of both students and the tutors must be solved by making the access system stricter. Only in this way, the vocational and technical education can get improved and then its full potential can be brought out for the development of both the society and the vocational and technical education.
