摘要
本文研究了炭黑和石墨填充高密度聚乙烯导电复合材料的交流开关效应,对材料的非线性伏安特性进行了表征,提出了低导电填料含量复合材料出现开关效应的机理。
The paper presents an investigation on the switching effect exhibited by the condutivc composite made from carbon black and graphite filled high density polyethylene under alternating electric field.Its specific non -ohmic voltage-current characteristic has been discussed and a possible mechanism of such behaviour is suggested.
