曲阜孔林不同月份黑线仓鼠睾丸组织变化的比较研究

Histological Study on the Testis of Striped Hamster in Different Months

采用形态解剖和组织切片手段，对世界最大的人造园林──曲阜孔林中不同月份黑线仓鼠睾丸的形 态结构及质量变化进行了观察比较。结果表明：黑线仓鼠睾丸质量和曲细精管直径在不同月份是规律性变化。且 二者存在显著的正相关关系。从生殖生物学角度探讨了黑线仓鼠睾丸组织随月份变化的规律。

In this paper. the testis of striped hamster(Cricetulus barabensis) at different months are comparatively observed by morphological f dissection. It is found that there is a regular change in the weight and microstructure of the testis. The regular change in spermatogenic cells results in the rise or decline in the reproductive capacity of the striped hamster in different months. The regressive equation between weight of testis and diameter of seminiferous tubules is y=0. 52+0. 001 8 x, and the correlation coefficient is significant.
