摘要
[目的]建立棉花中多种农药残留同时检测的分析方法.[方法]样品中残留农药采用乙腈提取,使用PSA粉净化,再经在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱/质谱(GPC-GC/MS)分析,进一步除去样液中脂肪等大分子干扰物质.[结果]加标水平为0.008~0.064 mg/kg时,回收率为65%~120%,相对标准偏差小于15%;44种农药的检出限为0.000 5~0.020 0 mg/kg.[结论]试验证明,该方法操作简单快速、准确度高,能够满足棉花中多种农药残留限量标准的检测要求.
[Objective] The aim was to develope a rapid, simple and sensitive method for the simultaneous determin ing of pesticide residues in cotton. [Method] The target pesticides in cotton were purified by PSA powder dispersive sorbent. The drugs' were analyzed by GPCGC/MS, which removed most of macromolecule such as fat. [Result] When the 44 kinds of pesticide residues adding standard level was 0.0080.064 mg/kg, the average recoveries (n-5)were in range of 65%120% and the RSD was less than t5%. The limits of detec tion were in range of 0.000 5-0.020 0 mg/kg. [Conclusion] The test showed that the method was simple, fast and ac curate. The method in this study could be used for detecting the pesticide residues in cotton.
