云南警官学院开展“禁毒执法多媒体培训项目”实训教学的思考

Thinking on Implementing Practical Trainings Based on "CBT of Substance Abuse" in Yunnan Police Officer Academy

云南警官学院以"禁毒执法多媒体培训项目(CBT)"培训点的设立为契机,大力开展在校各公安专业学员和学生、执法人员的实训教学工作,取得了良好的教学效果,培训人员的禁毒专业素质和实践能力得到了进一步的提高。下一步工作中,要加强实训教学的领导与组织,将培训项目设立为单独的实训课程,加强实训成效的跟踪和分析、制定实训教学的规章制度。

Yunnan Police Officer Academy has emphasized on carrying out practical trainings to police ca- dets, students and law enforcement officers by utihzing the CBT of Substance Abuse which is set on campus as a training center. Favorable teaching result has been achieved while the trainers＇s professional and practical a- bilities have been improved. In the next phase of work, the leadership and organization of such trainings shall be enhanced. The training programs shall be set as separated training courses with follow-ups of training effects and regulations on course setting.
