摘要
公安机关在法律人才的选任和使用上还存在诸多亟待解决的问题。选人环节——客观上缺少科学统一的评价标准;用人环节——遴选程序有待规范和完善;将公安法律人才的培养嵌入民警职业生涯规划是培养的路径选择。本文以南通市公安局对公安法律人才库的建设为模式提出思考与建议我。
At present, the public security organs in the selection and use of legal talents still exists many problems to be solved. On the one hand, the candidate lack of public security law objectively scientific talents evaluation criteria unified ; On the other hand, lack of regulate the public security law talents selection mecha nism and appointment procedures. The police occupation career planning is the path of public security legal talents selection.
