自动化仪器是按照事先人们编制好的各种程序工作,假定所有的被测人是同类型人群,这本身就忽视了人类个体差异性,违背客观规律;手动化仪器将绝大部分测试工作交给了主测人,摒弃了统一的程序化工作模式,使测试过程充分体现主测人的主观能动性,尊重了客观事实,尊重个体差异性,基本适应实战的需要。

The automation instruments work automatically according to previous prepared programs, as suming that all the people to be tested is the same type of crowd. It is unacceptable that which neglected the human individual ＂s differences is contrary to the objective law. Manual instruments will work most of the test to the main measurement, abandoned the unification of procedural work mode, make the test process fully em bodies the main measuring people＇s subjective initiative, respect the objective facts, respect for individual differences, basically meet the needs of the actual combat.
