Analysis and Enlightenment of Adolescent Gratitude Education Literature for Adolescent

随着积极心理学的兴起,感恩逐渐成为研究者关注的热点,对感恩与青少年学业成就、问题行为、社会适应等进行研究,国内感恩测量工具、感恩干预方式等相关文献进行梳理,提出了感恩现状、测量工具、实证干预等方面的启示和对未来感恩研究的展望。

With the development of positive psychology, gratitude education has gradually become the focus of re searchers. This paper reviews studles about relationship between gratitude education and adolescent＇ s scholastic a chievement, problem behavior and social adaptation, as well as gratitude measurement tools, intervention means of gratitude, then proposes the enlightenment from status of gratitude, measuring tools, empirical intervention and the outlook for the future related studies.
