中央軍委主席習近平日前簽署命令,發布新修訂的《中國人民解放軍警備條令》,自2013年10月1日起施行。發布施行新的警備條令,是中央軍委着眼實現黨在新形勢下的强軍目標,進一步加大依法治軍、從嚴治軍力度,提高軍隊正規化建設水平的重要舉措。新的警備條令,圍遶加强軍隊作風紀律建設,針對外出軍人、軍車管理的新情况,進一步明確了警備工作的職能定位和主要任務,充實了警備司令部的職責和工作制度,完善了警備執勤的組織實施程序和方法要求,是全軍官兵必須嚴格遵守的基本法規。
Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping recently executed an order to release the newly amended Regulations on the Garrison Service of the People＇s Liberation Army to be implemented from October 1, 2013.
