一种宽带高线性高增益功率放大器的研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 倍频程宽带功率放大器是宽带射频前端的关键部件,在无线电通信、雷达、电子对抗设备中有着广泛的用途。在对晶体管进行分析的基础上,选择InGaP\GaAs异质结双极晶体管TQP7M9105,该晶体管是高线性、高增益的输出功率1W的驱动级功率放大器。设计带宽为400MHz-800MHz,在电路设计中采用新的负载牵引、源牵引仿真方法,在输入激励为12dBm条件下,设计带宽内增益达到19dB,带内波动±1dB,实验结果和仿真结果非常吻合。 Using STC12C5A60S2 MCU as central control unit, public transport system based on automatic tracking car was designed, including microprocessor control system, driving circuit, tracking circuit and operation control center. The experimental result shows intelligent public transport car can perform the function of sound broadcast, traffic light automatic recognition, avoiding rear collision and car tracking.
