摘要
研究了以水滑石为催化剂催化氧化苯乙烯合成环氧苯乙烷的过程。主要考察了催化剂、氧化剂、溶剂以及反应温度的影响。当以水滑石0.1g为催化剂,过氧化氢2.4mL为氧化剂,乙腈和苯的混合液为溶剂,反应温度为60℃时,苯乙烯转化率为95.0%,环氧苯乙烷的收率为89.0%。
We attempt to explore an unprecedented, mild and simple protocol for the synthesis of styrene epoxide from styrene. The effects of catalyst, oxidant, solvent and reaction temperatures were studied. Under reaction conditions, hydrotalcite 0. lg, hydroperoxide 2.8 ml, the mixture of acetonitrile and benzene, reaction temperature 60 ℃, the conversion of styrene was 95%, ,the selectivity to styrene epoxide was 89%.
