茶园土壤物理性状对茶叶品质的影响研究 被引量:15

摘要 经 4a定点定位对贵州主产茶区 3种土壤物理性状对茶叶品质的影响研究。结果表明 :氨基酸、咖啡碱与总孔隙度、液相、气相成正相关 ,与固相、容重成负相关 ;茶多酚与总孔隙度、气相成负相关 ,与液相、固相、容重成正相关 ;水浸出物与总孔隙度、液相成负相关 ,与气相、固相。 Effects of physical characters of the three kinds of soil in the areas of producing tea mainly in Guizhou Province on tea quality were studied by the methold of 4A location.The results indicated that amino acid and theine had positive correlation with total porosity,liquid phase and gas phase,and they had negative correlation with solid phase and bulk density.Tea polyphenols had negative correlation with total porosity and gas phase,and had positive correlation with liquid phase,solid phase and bulk density.Water extraction had negative correlation with total porlsity and liquid phase,and had positive correlation with gas phase,solid phase and bulk density.
