摘要
本文提出了一种具备结构设计优势,特别是具备阻尼结构设计优势的复合材料基座结构形式。通过基座筒壁间填充芯材粘滞阻尼设计和面板夹芯阻尼设计减振原理分析,并结合基座系统阻抗理论分析,提出了筒型复合材料基座的减振设计变量。以该基座特征点位移响应为评价指标,通过Patran/Nastran研究了芯材阻尼、嵌入连接环质量以及内外筒壁厚度比变化对基座减振效果的影响规律。研究结果对复合材料基座结构设计在工程中应用具有一定意义。
This paper presents a composite materials foundation structure with design advantages, particularly in the design of damping structures. Combined with the base system impedance analysis and the analysis of the vibration damping design principles of the viscous damping intramural tube and core material of sandwich panel, damping design variables of the cylindrical composite materials foundation were put out. Using displacement response of the feature points as evaluation index, The core material damping, the quality of the connecting ring and the thickness ratio of the within and outside tube walls effect on the damping performance of the foundation were researched by Patran/Nastran finite element analysis. The results is of some significance to the composite materials foundation structure design in engineering.
