重庆市2012年健康人群脊髓灰质炎抗体水平监测分析 被引量:5

Surveillance of Poliomyelitis Neutralizing Antibody Levels in Healthy Population of Chongqing Municipality in 2012

摘要 目的了解重庆市2012年健康人群脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)中和抗体(Neutralizing Antibody,NA)水平,为维持无脊灰状态提供参考。方法抽取南岸区、大足区、奉节县的部分健康人群,应用细胞中和试验法检测脊灰NA。结果在检测的629名健康人群血清标本中,脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型NA阳性率分别为93.31%、96.34%和91.88%;NA几何平均滴度(Geometric Mean Titer,GMT)分别为1∶77.86、1∶76.50和1∶26.41。各年龄组人群Ⅰ型脊灰NA阳性率差异无统计学意义(2=5.314,P>0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ型脊灰NA阳性率差异均有统计学意义(2Ⅱ=19.312,2Ⅲ=14.093;P均<0.05);各年龄组人群Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型脊灰NA GMT差异均有统计学意义(FⅠ=34.054,FⅡ=36.481,FⅢ=21.08;P均<0.05)。三个区(县)人群Ⅰ、Ⅲ型脊灰NA阳性率差异均有统计学意义(2Ⅰ=13.866,2Ⅲ=8.545;P均<0.05),Ⅱ型脊灰NA阳性率差异无统计学意义(2Ⅱ=3.307,P>0.05);三个区(县)人群Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型脊灰NA GMT差异均无统计学意义(FⅠ=2.528,FⅡ=1.328,FⅢ=2.583;P均>0.05)。NA水平总趋势随着年龄增长而递减。结论重庆市健康人群脊灰NA水平可以维持无脊灰状态。 Objective To understand the neutralizing antibody (NA) level against poliomyelitis among healthy population in Chongqing municipal in 2012 , and provide evidence for the immunization strategy. Method The healthy population were randomly enrolled from Nanan district, Dazu district, and Fengjie counties.The poliomyelitis NA level were detected by neutralization assay in human laryngeal carcinoma cell. Result The neutralizing antibody positive rates for polio I, II, III were 93.31%, 96.34%, 91.88% respectively, and the geometric mean antibody titers (GMT) were 1 : 77.86, 1 : 76.50, ! : 26.41 respectively in 629 serum specimens. Between different age groups, the difference of NA positive rates for polio I showed there is no significance(x2=5.314, P〉0.05), and those for polio II and III were significant (x2II =19.312, x2 m =14.093 ;P〈0.05). Among three regions, the difference of NA positive rates for polio I and III was significant (x2 I =13.866,Z2m=8.545 ;P〈0.05)while that for polio II showed there is no significance (x2 II =3.307, P〉0.05). The difference of GMT was significant between different age groups (F I =34.054, F II =36.481, F III =21.08 ;P〈0.05). There were no significant difference of GMT was observed among three regions (F I =2.528 , F It =1.328, Fin =2.583 ;P〉0.05 ). Antibody level decreased with the age growing. Conclusion The data collected from general population showed that a good level of immunity against poliomyelitis maintained in Chongqing municipality.
