摘要
本研究以公共就业服务需求表达机制为主线,以失业人员为研究对象,采用因子分析法和二元离散选择模型分析公共就业服务需求度的影响因素,根据影响程度的高低依次排列就业服务政策、就业服务条件、就业服务内容,并提出完善公共就业服务需求表达机制的建议。本文提出的表达机制不但呈现了失业人员的需求,也为公共就业服务的有效供给提供了参考依据。
This paper closely surrounds the research project that the expression required of unemployment people. To use factor analysis method and binary discrete selection model get influence factors of public employment service. The degree of influence from high to low is employment service police, employment service condition and employment service content. The paper analysis the outcome and put forward to improvement suggestions of expression required system of PES. The demand of Unemployment people is the foundation of expression system build. The paper not only presents the demand of unemployment, but also provides important reference of effective supply of PES.
