摘要
本文在借鉴现代国外商业银行人员配置经验的基础上,结合我国股份制商业银行的现状,根据科布和道格拉斯函数推导建立了以价值创造为主导的人员编制配置模型,并针对业务条线、战略重点业务和总行本部人员配置进行具体分析,以期为股份制商业银行科学、合理地配置人员提供新的视角和方法。
On the basis of the Modem foreign commercial bank personnel allocation and the status of the joint-stock commercial banks in china, the paper developed to value creation allocation model from the Cobb Douglas function, on the further, analyzed the allocation of business lines, strategic focus and Head Office. The purpose is to provide a method to allocate human resources for the joint-stock commercial banks.
