摘要
在当前制度约束条件下,国有企业激励机制建设面临困境。本文提出了由内-外在激励与长-短期激励维度组成的全面激励矩阵模型及其四大激励机制,并以此作为分析框架深入探讨了金隅嘉业房地产开发有限公司构建有效激励机制的实践措施及背后逻辑,提出了改进思路和管理启示,以期为企业构建有效激励机制提供整合图景和有益借鉴。
Under the current institutional constraints, the incentive mechanism construction of the state-owned enterprises is in predicament. This paper presents a comprehensive incentive matrix by integrating intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and long and short term incentive dimension, expounds the four incentive mechanism, analyzes effective incentive mechanism and the logic behind of the GEM Real Estate based on the analysis framework, and puts forward ideas to improve and its managerial implication, in order to provide integrated picture and useful reference for enterprises to build effective incentive mechanism.
