摘要
两股流板翅式换热器因具有良好的换热性能,在许多工业领域备受青眯。但因换热器在工作过程中受到各种因素的干扰,加之复杂的换热过程,使得很难获得良好的控制品质。所以本文在传统控制方法的基础上提出了精确数学控制方法,其核心技术是引入反问题算法,并通过对两股流板翅式换热器的实验,取得良好的控制效果,证实了精确数学控制是实现板翅式换热器高质量控制的一种新型、高效的控制方法。
Two-stream plate-fin heat exchangers are used widely in many industrial areas because of good performance.But heat exchangers are subject to interferences from various factors in the course of work,and coupled with complex heat transfer process,which makes it difficult to obtain good control quality,So accurate mathematic control is proposed on the basis of the traditional control methods.The algorithm of inverse problem for its core technology is introduced.The good control effects are obtained through the experiments of two-stream plate-fin heat exchangers,which proved that accurate mathematic control is a new type of high efficient control method,because it can achieve high-quality control efficient for two-stream plate-fin heat exchangers.
