块状褐煤低温热解制备半焦的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究热解温度、粒径和保温时间对印尼苏门答腊岛褐煤半焦成分、产率和发热量的影响,对该褐煤进行了煤质特性分析和低温热解实验研究。结果表明,随着热解温度的升高和保温时间的延长,半焦固定碳和灰分含量不断升高,水分和挥发分含量逐渐降低,半焦产率降低,半焦发热量逐渐升高;随着褐煤粒径的增大,半焦固定碳和灰分含量不断降低,水分和挥发分含量逐渐升高,半焦产率升高,半焦发热量逐渐降低。 To study the influence of pyrolysis temperature,particle size,soaking time on semicoke's composition,yield and calorific value of Sumatra lignite in Indonesian island,a charac-teristic analysis and low-temperature pyrolysis study have been conducted.The results showed that with the pyrolysis temperature grows and soaking time extends ,carbocoal fixed carbon and ash content are increased.The moisture and volatile matter content are gradually reduced.Char yield is reduced and calorific value is increased.Fixed carbon and ash content of semicoke are re-duced continuously with particle size increasing.Moisture,volatile matter content and char yield are increased.Carbocoal calorific value gradually reduced.
