糖尿病合并21-三体综合征及毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿1例报告

Diabetes combined with Down's disease and Grave's disease:A case report

患者因"多饮、多尿2年,咳嗽、呕吐、腹痛1d"入院。鼻梁塌陷,眼距增宽,常见张口伸舌状。甲状腺Ⅱ度大,质软。血糖47.77mmol/L,第三代促甲状腺素(TSH)0.06μIU/ml,促甲状腺受体抗体(TRAB)15U/L,染色体核型检查:46,XX,-14,+t(14q21q)(G带核型)。诊断糖尿病合并21-三体综合征及毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿。

[Summary] A patient was admitted to the hospital because of polydipsia and polyuria for two years,cough,vomiting,and abdominal pain for one day.The patient had ocular hypertelorism and goiter.Blood glucose was 47.77 mmol/L,the third generation of thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH） was 0.06 μIU/ml,thyrotropin receptor antibody （TRAB） was 15 U/L,chromosome examination was 46,XX,-14,--t （14q21q） （G banding）.The patient was diagnosed as diabetes associated with Down＇ s disease and Grave＇s disease.
