脑白质改变的临床研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑白质改变(WMC)是老年人头颅MRI检查常见的影像学改变,目前研究认为,WMC与认知功能下降有密切关系,且WMC对预测脑卒中、痴呆、日常生活能力的下降有重要价值。本文对WMC的认知下降、病灶演进等方面的临床研究进展进行综述。
