多发性硬化与妊娠
摘要
多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘性自身免疫性疾病,目前认为MS是受遗传和周围环境因素影响的复杂疾病,青年女性为主要易感人群。因此本文就MS与妊娠的关系,如妊娠过程中MS病程的变化、MS对妊娠结果的影响以及妊娠期间MS治疗等研究进展做一综述。
