内蒙古自治区荞麦地方品种资源的研究

STUDIES ON BUCKWHEAT CULTIVAR RESOURCES OF INNER MONGOLIA

本文对收集的内蒙古自治区 4 1份典型的地方品种 ,进行了生育期、株高、主茎节数、分枝数、株粒重和千粒重的比较与分析。并对其中 3 9份典型荞麦地方品种 ,根据 8个主要数量性状 ,用欧氏最短距离法计算的遗传距离进行了分类。结果表明 :内蒙古自治区目前栽培的地方品种主要以中粒、株高在 10 0 cm～ 12 0 cm间的中高秆、千粒重为 2 5g～ 3 0 g之间的中熟种为主。荞麦地方品种系统聚类结果为内蒙古自治区荞麦地方品种可以分为 6个类型 ,主要类型特点是早熟、中秆、中粒。

typical buckwheat cultivars were collected from different areas in Inner Mongolia and growth period,plant height,numbers of stem joint,branch numbers,grain weight per plant and 1000-grain weight were analyzed The classify of eight main quantitative characters was analysed in 39 typical buckwheat culitivars of Inner Mongolia were classified on the basis of 8 main quantitative characters by minimum distance between clusters The single linkage cluster analysis result of local buckwheat cultivar was gained The results showed that mian buckwheat cultivar planted in Inner Mongolia have following characters:early mature,middle stem and moderate grain,100～120cm in height and 25-30g in 1000-grain weight
