岩黄芪属五种植物种子的凝胶电泳鉴别 被引量:2

摘要 对蒙古岩黄芪、山竹岩黄芪、塔落岩黄芪、短翼岩黄芪及山岩黄芪进行了蛋白电泳分析 ,结果表明 5种植物的电泳谱带有明显差异 ,用该法能够进行鉴别 ,且方法简便、结果可靠。 The electrophoretograms of Hedysarum mongolicum H. fruticosum,H.lave,H.brachpterum and H. alpinum were analyzed.The results showed that the protein electrophoreto grams of the five species were quite different.Each of them has its own characteristic band.This provides a method for the identification.The method is simple and convenient.The result is reliable and good.
