摘要
对蒙古岩黄芪、山竹岩黄芪、塔落岩黄芪、短翼岩黄芪及山岩黄芪进行了蛋白电泳分析 ,结果表明 5种植物的电泳谱带有明显差异 ,用该法能够进行鉴别 ,且方法简便、结果可靠。
The electrophoretograms of Hedysarum mongolicum H. fruticosum,H.lave,H.brachpterum and H. alpinum were analyzed.The results showed that the protein electrophoreto grams of the five species were quite different.Each of them has its own characteristic band.This provides a method for the identification.The method is simple and convenient.The result is reliable and good.
