摘要
本文研究了PP及GFRPP的动态粘弹谱(110、35、11Hz)。结果表明,GF的加入尽管提高了PP的[E]值,但影响了PP的结晶;PP中含GF量适当时,可以形成致密界面层。此时,材料的密度和[E]值最大。界面层的内耗峰(α’—峰)强烈地依赖于频率和纤维含量,在形成致密界面层时,最易显示出来;α’转变的活化能也高于α转变的活化能。
This paper has studied the dynamic viscoelastic spectra of PP and GFRPP material at three frequences(110, 35 and 11 Hz).The results of experiment indicate that though the addition of glass fibers increases the[E] value of PP, the.GF in PP interfere with the completeness of crystalli- zation. While the amount of GF in PP is moderate,the dense interface layer can be formed. Under such condition, the density of materials and[E]is the highest. The lost energies of the interfacial layer (α'-peak) strongly rely on the value of frequency and content of fibers which can be easily observ-ed when dense interface layer forms; the activation energy of the α'-trans-formation is higher than that of Tg-trnsformation.
