摘要
该系统是在 Windows 98平台上 ,采用面向对象程序设计方法开发的。系统选用新型集成电路 ,与现场接口部分均有特殊保护电路 ,实现了无人值班 ,且四遥功能可与多种设备连接 。
The system was developed with object oriented technology on Windows 98 platform. This system used new type integrated circuit and the interface on the spot had the special protective circuit. It realized unmanned on duty. And the functions of remote measuring, remote signaling, remote control and remote adjustment can connect with functions of diversity devices. Its software, hardware and strong database management function improved the county level's dispatching automation.
